Description

Buffalo Shin Shank

Slow cooking it over low heat will break down the connective tissue. Thus, you will get moist, tender meat rich in flavor. The Beef Shin is usually used in making slow-cooked stews and soups. It is simply a flavourful cut that enhances and adds much flavor to the dish. Beef shin is taken from the foreshank of the animal. This is an excellent cut for casseroles and curries.
